RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
I accept returns and exchanges under conditions:
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective , I cannot accept returns and exchanges.
If your creation arrived damaged, send me a photo and Contact me within: 7 days after delivery.
After this time , return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers.
Return the items within: 14 days of delivery, otherwise the item will not be exchanged.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in a condition allowing it to be put back on sale (it must not have been used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however minimal it may be, and be in a state of perfect cleanliness).
Repayment
